Notices For Local Buyers

1) All items are brand new.

2) Shipping fee covers packaging and handling cost.

3) Guarantees the exchange of product within 7 days of purchase if the product fails to meet manufacturer’s standards(The returned product should not be damaged, stretched or defaced). The returned item should be in it’s original box with all parts, manuals and warranty card.

4) Delivery will be arranged within 3 business days after payment is cleared(No delivery can be arranged during Sunday and Public Holiday). Some of the hot items may be out of stock, so the delivery time will be delay or need to do refund.

5) Except the order over $500, all the products will be delivered via local express company(with tracking number). For the order over $500, we will deliver the product(s) directly. Delivery time and details will have been notified by e-mail or Whatsapp. If there is no free parking lot or meter around the delivery location, we will have a chance to do the settlement downstairs. If no elevator service is available for premises, we will additionally charge you a delivery fee. In addition, an extra fee will be charge for a delivery on a specified date or time. SF Express self pickup is available for orders with 1-2 products.

SF Express Freight Collect is available while the shipping fees are billed to consignee.

Fragile, heavy and large products can only be delivered by our delivery team or self pickup at our store. If you require SF Express, please consult us.

6) For orders under $500HKD, customers may choose self pick-up or request for delivery. Delivery fees are listed below: Kowloon/Hong Kong Island $150, New Territories $200, Tung Chung/Ma Wan $250($501 or above order just charge $150), Discovery Bay $400($501 or above order just charge $300).

7) Starting from 2020/6/30, 4% handling fee of total amount would be charged for cancelling paid order upon request of customer. Refund would be made within 7 working days by PAYPAL (order paid by PAYPAL) or by cheque (order paid by other means)

8) We reserves all right for revising the policies without any prior notice.
